Executive Leadership Coaching
What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Goals of coaching may include improving personal or team performance, decision making, prioritization, personal development and succession planning, or growing new leaders within the organization.
I help my clients discover the answers to their greatest challenges. We explore together to produce the changes you are looking for in your life.Â
Benefits of coaching include:
- Provides space or opportunity for the individual to stop, pause, and think. It forces time on the calendar.
- A coach is a thought partner. No one has all the answers, coach or client. But a thought partner can ask different questions than you ask yourself, or view situations differently.
- A coach gives you feedback; how are you showing up to the world? What are your blindspots? What is working/not working for you?
- A coach is an accountability partner, helping turn ideas into actionable plans, and asking follow up questions at your next meeting.
